Return & Refund Policy – ZT Fragrances


At ZT Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have specific guidelines to ensure quality, safety, and fairness for all customers. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.





1. Eligibility for Returns



We accept returns under the following conditions:


  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided



For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:


  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Clearance or final sale items






2. Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:


  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging



Once verified, we will:


  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping costs where applicable






3. Return Process



To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Securely package the item and send it to the provided return address



Please do not send items back without prior approval.





4. Return Shipping Costs



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels






5. Refunds



Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

6. Exchanges



We only replace items if they are:

  • Incorrect



If you would like a different fragrance, we recommend placing a new order.
